Jian and Air enter the southern district from the High-Class District. It's a pleasant evening out, bright enough to be considered daytime, and a cool breeze is blowing through the otherwise decently heated city. The streets are still a bit empty, a lot of people wary of what has been happening in Central and choosing to stay home rather than go about their daily business.
With the intent of making some money, the two of them make their way over to the anything but modest sized militia tent where the bounties are listed.
