Jericho and Sharpe enter Sidequest 1: Recudor Day 5: Instance #2
Jericho and Sharpe split up, each with their own errands in mind. The two go about their personal maintenence and information gathering.
Jericho offers his work as a healer, though he only gets to treat very few people. Most he asks or offers explain that they either have a healer or doctor that they see on a regular basis, so most of them are neither sick or hurt. The few that do seek his aid are poor and can't afford seeing a professional doctor at their local hospice.
On his way around he encounters a rather beaten up and exhausted looking young fellow. When approached the man explains to Jericho that he lost all his money in a gamble... and perhaps tried to cheat to make up for it, which ended up with him getting a little roughed up before being kicked out of a local pub. At first he declines Jericho's offer on account of having no money to repay him with, though after an idea he agrees to the offer and let's the doctor work his magic. Afterwards he writes a letter directed at one of the merchants, Charlotte Ein, in the southern market, directing her to give Jericho one of the mans latest projects as a Magic-Engineering Student. He thanks Jericho and hands him the note, after parting ways.
Jericho makes his way over to the markets and when he arrives there finds the Stand easily. He notices that most the stands are empty, likely because of all the time that has passed since the Festival. It's been a few days since the festival has been over so most of the lot are returning to their Shops or to villages and cities around Recudor. Charlotte Ein is one of these Vendors and explains to Jericho that, with the re-opening of the central distriact, she is moving back into her shop there. When Jericho explains the situation regarding the note she sighs and gives Jericho a stern look. Not becasue of him, but because of the mischief of the other man landing him in such troubles. She hands Jericho a protraction weave and continues packing up. Jericho happily takes the gift and asks the woman about any information regarding the mysterious mercenary him and Sharpe are looking for. She explains that the girl has been a regular at the militia's tent since a few weeks now. Jericho thanks her for her information and leaves the woman to her packing.
He notices Sharpe standing at a nearby stand looking at some items and makes his way over.
Sharpe has been looking at various gems that the vendor, Terry Frost, has been offering him for his weapon. There is a decent variety of interesting catalysts though due to his limited budget and experience with these types of weapons he choses to buy two Catalysts for the price of 5 gold total. He is soon joined by Jericho who takes a quick look at the vendors wares and writes them off in disintrest. The two greet each other and Sharpe explains that he's pretty much done his errands for now and the two take off to gather a little more information.
The whole ordeal takes a few hours overall, and the two of them have not been able to find any solid information on the mysterious mercenary. It seems the girl in question is shockingly young and visits the bounty board at the militia's tent every day early in the morning. She is seen sometimes walking around the city, coming from the Northern District in the morning and leaving in the same direction in the evening, if not out into the outlying forest. Other than that, not much is known. She doesn't really talk to many people unless spoken to directly, and even then she is described to have eerily professional mannerisms.
A few of the Mercs stopped around town direct Sharpe and Jericho to the militia's tent, since most likely they will have the most info on the girl.
