His face turns very bitter. Sharpe really knows when to say something inappropriate or handle situations in a way they shouldn't have. Jian, having seen the map, decides to take the group of people and slowly move out of the room towards the rooms. He approaches the group, asking them politely to follow him carefully, telling them that he'll try his best to get all of them out, even though his heart screams deeply inside, that losing just a single one of these people will be fatal.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
"So you're telling me to just give up on all of them because we are not "Ready" for it? Is that seriously what you're trying to tell me? Well... As I stated earlier, I will try my best, with or without help. If you really think we're not ready for saving them, sure, think that. As for me, I refuse to blindly admit defeat, throwing lives away. You are a cold-hearted killer, you could aim down your sight, pull the trigger and blast away somebody's brain-mass, as long as you get paid. I know that much about you now. Of course throwing away other people's lives leaves you without any further harm, except of the spur of the moment it happens. Too bad that it doesn't leave unscarred for me, otherwise I maybe could comprehend what you mean."

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Dr. Atrium waits for Air and when she rejoins him they start fallowing the trail of blood. The fallow the hallway and make a few turns and soon the trail ends. It is just as he feared, Marcus stopped his bleeding when he noticed he was making a trail with it. He curses under his breath then looks over at Air.
"Well I have no idea where to go from here. So I am going let you take point. You said you have a map so lead on. I got your back."

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Jack felt immensely tired from his rampage, worried that Marcus was going to take the crystal, and now, frustrated by the yelling his ears had to endure while he struggled to do the simple act of walking.
"Jian, you do what you believe is necessary, but those people won't be safe until Marcus is dead. I'm going to shatter that damn crystal to pieces, and then *cough*cough*, and then, I'll kill him."
Jack was completely aware he didn't tell them why the crystal was important, but he didn't care. Talking anymore would just waste oxygen. He continued limping until he found the room where the crystal was. He walked through the doorway where the door was pried open.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
She catches up to Doc and looks at her map that she has.
"I need to actually draw in this area. I only have parts that I've been to and been told about scrawled here. I don't know where to go but back honestly. We could press on in a different direction however." She looks up, and notes where the trail of blood ended.
"Would you say he's smart enough to let the trail end in one direction but go the other way?" She asks of Doc.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Sharpe scowls and his features narrow.
"I didn't say we're giving up on them. I said that now was not the best time. However, shit happens and we have to be prepared for that. Some people think that everything will always go according to plan. Thing is, if the plan is going too well, you're walking into an ambush. And what happens when you're not prepared for that ambush? Shit hits the fan and you don't know how to cut your losses. I'm not cold-hearted, but I know I can seem that at times. But you know what, Jian? There's worse than me. There are people who go around in overwhelmingly large bands or marauders, and they fight only for fortune. Even without regard for ethics or things I value such as honor and justice. Those people - if I can even call them that - would kill a newborn infant if it meant a nice pay raise. I've fought them, seen them burn down entire towns. Don't ever equate me to one of them. I do what I need to but don't even think that I don't question who they are, or who they used to be. I'm not a machine."
He cracks his neck to the right then the lift, and then bends back.
"So you want to get everyone here moved at once? I'll say it's risky, but I'll go with it. You'll need me to lend coverage."
He looks back at Jack.
"What's this about a crystal? Is this something to do with this facility? Or the Necromancer?"

"Well, at this point I really don't know what to believe anymore. The way you reacted to certain things, or you handled situations. It just didn't seem like it..."
He remains silent for a while, then not turning around during talking to Sharpe.
"I'd just like to get them out of the place they were held, you have to understand..."
He closes his eyes and sighs. Things really don't seem to work well right now. He just wants to get them out, preferably without any casualties. He doesn't even know how to handle this anymore, hoping for it to just work out somehow. Everybody keeps telling him that Marcus is the problem and that they won't make it with him alive, but he can't leave all these people out of focus. He sighs again, in hope that something will brighten up his mind soon.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Dr. Atrium stops in his steps. How did he not think of that!?
"You're right! Why did I not think of that!? Lets double back!"
He turns around and books it back the to where they started and goes down the other hallway. He keeps running down the hallway passing all the doors until he find one that is a metal sliding door. Next to a door is a keyboard and a device to scan eyes. He scratches the back of his head in confusion.
"I hate technology...I don't even know what I am looking at...You think you can get this door open Air? I am sure you know more about tech then me."

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Jack has finely made it inside the room now illuminated thanks to Mai taking control of the console. The crystal still rested there covered in protective metallic sheets except for a missing sheet, giving off a menacing red glow. A fiendish grin crawled onto Jack's face. It seemed quite ironic that Jack knew Marcus for the least amount of time compared to anyone else, and yet, Jack had a thirst, one that could only quenched with that monster's blood.
"Finally, This is the beginning of the quick yet painful end of that bastard"
Jack, now partially recovered from his rampage, pointed his gun at the crystal. Then he remembered what the doctor said about the crystal. That it would only give its power to a specific person with specific DNA. Frustrated by the realization that he couldn't absorb the crystal's power and use it against it infuriated him. His newly discovered wing stabbed through the hole in the back of Jack's coat it had made before. Jack couldn't tell how, but he was able to revert himself back to his normal human form. To his surprise His gun drank the energy that he gave off in the short moment of chaos. It shined a majestic glow. Jack bled slightly more in the process and had lost nearly all the strength he recovered, barely able to stand.
"haha...bang"
Jack pulls the trigger.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
After pulling the trigger, Jack instinctively braces himself for the coming explosion.
Nothing happens.
The sphere unscathed, glowing vibrantly as if asking for more to distill its endless hunger.
The survivors who have grouped up near Jian are startled, some calling out in fear as the gunshot goes off. After moments they recover, Jian having lost all of their attention as they stare across the wide room to where the other room containing Jack is.
With a sudden swish sound the door infront of doc slides open.
A woman with a lab coat and glasses walks out from the room, nearly walking into him and Airgetlam. She startles and stops on the spot, gasping in surprise as she holds her clipboard close to her chest. Airgetlam recalls this woman to be the one Maigoyume had previously knocked out when breaking through the door.
"U-um... Hello..." she squeezes out nervously. "I haven't seen you around, are you the biologist from global?" she asks Airgetlam, not seeming to mind their attire or equally surprised expressions. "Oh yes, and you." She turns to doc. "You must be her helper, I see." She relaxes and adjusts her glasses, taking a pencil from her clipboard and writing down something quick. "Mnn..." she starts, biting her lip in thought. "...I will... Show you around... in a second." She finsihes and turns around, not paying any heed to the two as she moves back into the room.
The room on the other side of the door is quite large with two wide glass tanks on each side of the room containing the same liquid as the vats outside but here there are fish and plants inside, freely moving about, some of the fish mere skeletons. There are several desks and tables standing about with various lab equipment and in the back of the room a big monitor with another metal desk in front and several consoles. "Yes I'm quite happy." the woman says absently from the far side of the room. "Marcus has supplied a lot of bright minded people like the alchemist since I've been made to stay here. And we're moving this great cause along quite nicely." She picks up a beaker of glowing liquid and holds it up, pointing at it as she nods at Airgetlam. "See? Isn't this fascinating? But given your line of research with the military it's probably only a little progress." She puts the beaker back down and turns back to Doc and Air. "Well? Don't just stand there." she says, beckoning the two in.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
She looks back at the shot, but dismisses it as either Sharpe or Jack killing a stray servant or something. She looks back around and straightens her posture, walking in. She leans in close to Doc and whispers in his ear.
"Just play along, ok? I need you to kind of back me up here. I have an interest in sciences, but you know more than me, since you're a doctor and all. We accidentally knocked this woman out trying to get out of the dungeon. I'll talk about that a bit later."
She clears her throat, looking about at the strange experimentation.
"Hum, yes, could you elaborate on what the point of your setup here is? I wasn't given much information. It must have been highly classified." She says, approaching the tank and examining the fish and plants.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
"The hell?" Sharpe says, look about-face. A gunshot resounded, undoubtedly from Jack.
"Nothing to worry about people, just follow my friend Jain here while I check that out."
He runs out to find Jack aiming his smoking pistol at a crystal with a red glow, covered by metal sheeting.
"Jack, what are you even trying to do?" he asks, but then narrows his eyes, noticing the slot on his back where a wing would spring from.
"Is this a power source of some kind?" he says, looking on at the obscured crystal. He looks back worriedly at Jack. The man is completely consumed, anger taking his mind.
"Jack, listen. If this is what I think it is, we shouldn't shoot at it. Even if it isn't, you really shouldn't be tampering with things such as this. Plus, you're an inventor. Not a wrecker. You should be figuring out how it works, not how to destroy it!" he honestly doesn't know if Jack's going to come out of his rage or not.
"I'm just having a field day of trying to convince people, aren't I..." He says to himself.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Jian lost control of the people, which seemed very scared about the gunshot. He actually is aswell, but tries hard not to get thrown off too hard. Calming the people seems a bit useless at the moment, as they all seem very fragile in general at this moment. Sharpe walks off, leaving Jian with the people on his own.
"Please calm down everyone! It was nobody of them, I am sure! A friend of mine is currently... dealing with the source of what caused all this, he owns a gun. So if... anything... it was him shooting, not anybody else."
There is a bit of insecurity in his words, and the gaps inbetween don't sound too secure about it. He just hopes to get them a bit together, hugging one of them that appear incredibly terrified, trying to calm her down.
"It will be alright, I swear...", he says to calm her down.
This was not the right moment to shoot, why the heck would one do that now? Jian's heart is pounding, every single sign of fights can cause this to collapse. He will try moving everyone out of here once he managed to calm them down. The only thing he can do, which he is doing already, is to approach each of them individually, talking to them to give them company and feel a bit safer.

Dr. Atrium is a bit knocked off by the scientist upbeat and non caring attitude. When she turns back around and re-enters the lab, he looks at Airgetlam and nods in agreement. He fallow into the lab, once in he looks around. He growls a bit when the scientist tells them that Marcus has been feeding them with people and technology. He doesn't say anything, he doesn't want to ruin the convent cover that they have by saying something stupid so he just stands next to Air making sure nothing bad will become of her.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Jack felt entirely humiliated. This wasn't anything like him. Why was Jack so fixated. fixated on killing one man.
"I honestly don't know. Then again ever since I set foot in this damned castle, there's only been more things I couldn't make sense out of"
"Don't worry Blake, I'm perfectly aware of what I'm doing"
"Just not why..."
"That was all just an experiment confirming what I already know. This is not necessarily a power source. It converts any form of energy, magical, kinetic, thermal, ATP, and converts it all into some sort of dark energy and it will only give that energy to one specific person based on their DNA, one who we can assume is Marcus"
Heavy breathing and coughs were sprinkled throughout his speech.
"We must make sure he goes nowhere near this thing."
Jack was lying through his teeth, He wanted that crystal gone. He wanted Marcus powerless, and he wanted Marcus to suffer.

- Hey guys, I'm just breaking character to bring up a slight issue I've been havin'. I've notice that many characters throughout the story react to Jack's inner monologue or thoughts similar to if he said things out loud. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could treat Jack's inner monologue as detail and information for you as an audience instead of you as the characters in the story. For example, if Jack's lying or keeping a secret will maintaining a completely calm attitude, there is no reason the characters around him should suspect that he's up to something. Thanks for taking the time to read all this.
Shinonome: I've noticed that aswell. This is pretty much power play and I'm sorry for letting it slide so far. For those who read Shijinko's note, please try to keep in mind that your character can only have a really good intuition if their social skill is very high. (8,9,10 or so). For future reference, try to avoid this sort of play as it may ruin someone's experience somewhere down the road. Thank you.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
The people are rather panicked though calm enough not to run around and start a riot. Jian tries his best to calm them back into a group so he can lead them outside when suddenly the clopping sound of shoes echoes down the hall outside the control room. Jian's heart nearly stops thinking about any more people showing up but some serious relief washes over him as he sees three figures enter the room. Ayame and two other healthy looking maids enter the control room, peaking into the room in shock at all the people standing between and aside opened or broken glass containers. Ayame leads the other two maids through the door and into the room, rushing over to Jian.
"You!" she exclaims. "You're with them, right? The people who will save us all?" she asks in a hurry. "We can help! I've distracted them." She nods to the other maids, who give a nod back followed by a sigh of approval as they begin talking to the different groups. "We'll help you bring these people to safety, there is food and water in the kitchen if you need it." she smiles hopefully at Jian and grabs his hands, holding them in hers as tears begin to fill in her eyes. "Thank you!" she exclaims and then runs off to help the other maids.
Together with the maids, Jian manages to round the people up. They're mostly calmed though still nervous, but listening to him for once.
Airgetlam and Atrium enter the room. At Airs question the woman stops and looks at her rather confused. She then breaks out into nasally laughter. "Oh Dr. you are such a joker! Ahh...." She wipes a tear from her eye and walks over to a desk to pick up a small stack of papers in a small brown binder. It's a military binder indeed filled with classified information. "You almost had me fooled" she says as she comes close to Air, handing her the binder together with a dossier on Marcus. "But I should know better, a genius such as yourself, working in such a field at such a young age. I'm surprised at your lose sense of humor. But I enjoy it." She circles around the room, checking various equipment, before moving back to the console at the desk. She puts her clipboard aside and begins pressing various buttons. "Here's..." she starts, speaking absent mindedly again, "...the... data on the guy."
The wide screen on the end of the room flickers through different images, finally landing on an image of a man bound by chains with an intense and infuriated stare in his eyes.
"So far as you can see by the development in his eyes, the vampire strain has shown great effect and indeed he has become more powerful with each exposure to the device." She then presses a button on the console and various images circle about the screen untill one from a study Airgetlam vaguely remembers is brought up. The image shows one of the rooms where there was some sort of metal box inlaid into the wall. In this version of the image however the shutters are drawn and a glass tank is revealed behind the box. "However, as you can see." She points at the glass tank, a monster decked in scales and riddled with intense burns is inside. "The subject did not survive even half a day on the medication given to him." She pauses and picks up an old mug filled with cold coffee and takes a sip, nudging her eyebrows to hint Air towards opening the files.
Airgetlam opens up and takes a look at the various pictures. A foreign man, rather skinny and sickly looking. The second picture is a man with the same face but an incredibly amount more buff and tanned. She recognizes it to be the man with the intense eyes shown to her on the screen before. She reads through some of the notes but almost all of the pages are censored.
"Well." The woman says and throws herself back on a chair, rolling back untill she lightly bonks against the glass tank. "Basically we've been having these issues for weeks. We can restore them, enhance them, but only temporarily. But bringing the dead fully back to life? It seems impossible without the help of that scary necromancer." She sighs and folds her arms as she leans back, staring to the other side of the room, lost in thought. "The problem is, the damn source will only work on people who supply the vampire strain, not recieve it. And since they don't replicate it after turning undead, they won't be able to become more powerful without straining their body and eventually collapsing or going up in flames or whatever else." She then jerks and rights herself up. "Nghh- S..sorry" she stutters. "Listen to me talk and talk, I apologize Dr. it's been a while since I could talk to someone as bright as you who understands my every word without asking constantly. That damn alchemist is smart but so focused on his... magic... to care." she says the term with disgust written over her face, clearly not liking the idea of alchemy. "No doubt you've seen the subjects? I'll be honest, I'll never be able to get over seeing them like that. But really... as a woman of science you surely agree that working without ethics holding us back is the only real way to achieve progress. Afterall that is why you signed up to join us, right?" She says and turns to yet another metal desk with equipment and papers on it. "Please, Doctor, feel free to use any of my lab equipment, I'll gladly help you in any research you do. For now though, if I may I'll focus.
Marcus doesn't seem to have come through. That leaves the doctor and Airgetlam with only one conclusion; He must have used the confusion to slip out through the dining hall.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Though it definitely is a lot of information to take in, Airgetlam has always had a passive interest in both technology and arcana. She starts thinking of questions to ask and immediately thinks of one.
"So then can you tell me, in these experiments, you mentioned "going up in flames" or so with regards to these vampires. Sorry if I am paraphrasing. Are there any particular reasons this has transpired? Perhaps contact with sunlight? A certain chemical found within certain vegetables such as garlic? Or is it something else? Please, I am fascinated!"
She keeps flipping through the binder, trying to hold back her disgust and queasiness. She knows science can be off-putting sometimes, but this is just... Positively visceral...
"May I ask, why did you take up this work? Bringing the dead back I'm sure would make people happy, but in the hands of a necromancer there is a massive potential for abuse - one of the reasons why it's outlawed by Global. Ethics maybe get in the way sometimes, but without them, we run the risk of creating things we can't control, or things we unwittingly realize aren't going to fulfill the prophesized reasons for their creation. Then they seal out fates. A note on that alchemist, maybe you could talk to him and combine magic and technologies." she reasons at length. She's hoping she was able to wing it.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Sharpe gives him a rather straight face for a moment.
"Well, you know more than me about this kind of shit, but still, I don't think this feeds to Marcus. This feeds to the necromancer probably, Marcus isn't it, he's just the necro's dragon. Her pet. As it turns out, A long time ago a necromancer-vampire whatever she was had her clan wiped out, and made a deal with a Demon by the name of Dahaka. She merged with it and they were beaten by a group of adventurers, but has since risen. Marcus wouldn't need this kind of power, let alone probably be able to take it. If anything, it's feeding the Dahaka... which means if you break this... You could set Clarent free! Maybe anyway, it might just weaken the thing. But i guess it's worth a shot." He looks at the crystal. It seems undamaged except for the exposed section. He looks back at Jack, and offers his pistol to him.
"If you need to, use this, it might work a bit better. No protraction, just pure stopping and penetration power."
If I keep handing my pistol out, he thinks, I might have to start charging rent! Ha!

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
He stands completely frozen, seeing the mades storm in, he mostly hopes that the others won't lose control and start going crazy. To his relief, that's not the case. He just twitches when he's been called out by one of them, standing still like he's been ordered by a soldier or such. He carefully nods after them asking if he's the one going to save all of them.
"I am doing my best, yeah, I surely will try."
They explain that they're here to help, having the other maids distracted, which makes Jian lose a lot of weight off of his shoulders, they help him gather a circle and he starts to speak up.
"So... These maids... they are here to help. They are healthy, like all of you, not posessed by what the other maids suffer from... and what you nearly all came to suffer from. They set up a distraction, which is maybe going to last long, maybe short, but we should use the time and get going. I will be cooking food for all of you after we arrive at the rooms you all will settle into, follow me and the maids very closely, we'll try to protect you as good as possible. I didn't expect any support, but this will just make it easier for us all. I am glad that you all remained calm enough to not go wild, running around aimlessly, maybe risking your life. Now... please follow us, believe in us and it will all go alright..."
His smile grows as he explains, being happy about the reinforcement he got. He tells the maids to lead the way, following them closely as they guide the group to the rooms.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Dr. Atrium turns to the scientist, growling and glaring.
"Do you think you are the first to try to cure the uncureable? There have been a few before you to have try. You should know about Maxwell? The evil man who murdered the whole town in order to try and save one life? The necromancer the military so proudly told the world about how they killed him and the people he was teaching? Well, all that is slander. Allow me to tell you about the man. Florence Maxwell was Doctor who was hired by the military to try to find a why to bring back the men that were die during battles. Maxwell was one of the first few who learned how to use his earth magic to cure so they thought he could use it to reverse death. As time went on Maxwell found out his magic wasn't the right kind to bring lost souls back, so he went out to find an assistant with the right kind in order to help reach his goal. He found a young teen and together they worked for two years to create the spell they wanted."
As he is talking, he is walking around the room looking at everything.
"One day the military came to Maxwell and told him that his time was up. If he couldn't bring a dead person back, then they were going to terminate him and take all his notes and find someone better. Maxwell tired the spell even though he knew it would not work and when it failed, they shot him. With his dying breath he told his assistant who had been helping him for two years to burn the notes and get out of there alive. The young teen did as he was told and burned the notes that they took, but he was shot as well. From that day on, the military covered their failed attempted at curing death by saying Maxwell was a necromancer....I only know this because I was one of the few who got to know Maxwell and his assistant. No one can cheat their death....Let's go Doctor, I want to go to the dining room..."
He bows to the lady.
"Good luck to you."
He turns and leaves the room and starts making his way to the dinning room.

"I-i-I called him...Blake...by accident. Why does that name sound familiar. DAMN ALL THESE QUESTIONS!!! EVERY ATTEMPT TO ANSWER ONE HAS RESULTED FAILURE AND EVEN LARGER QUESTIONS EVER SINCE I STEPPED INSIDE THIS FUCKING CASTLE!!!!....archangel....sister....Blake...Blake Ra-....Blake Radford..."
Jack concealed his burning frustration.
"Uh, no, that won't be necessary. It absorbs kinetic energy from impact. Brute force will only feed it as much as burning it or using magic against it. Discovering the method to destroying this thing will take much pondering and experimentation. In the meantime, we must find a way to keep this out of Marcus' hands."

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
The scientist woman smirks. "Yes of course it wasn't true." she says, "It's what the military does. The reason I came here." she continues to focus on her work, never turning around. "Vampires are the future of mankind. Evolution, we just need to learn to let them control their powers." She holds her hand out in Airgetlams general direction. "You see," she starts, absent minded as always. "...as you know, vampires are only able to manipulate shadows and animals. But did you know that powerful vampires can actually control fire?" she laughs again. "Of course you did, you are a genius afterall. And so you've probably already deducted that the overload of power has caused this. You see when a vampire feels threatened, they continue to draw power. If too much power is drawn, well..." she picks up her coffee mug and continues drinking the cold coffee in it, accidently spilling a little. "Oh gosh..." she says, beginning to clean her desk. "Well, I won't keep you any longer then. It seems your assistant is eager to get to dinner. I'll be here if you need me."
Not paying any further heed, Doctor Atrium leaves and Airgetlam decides to follow. They return just in time to see all the survivors being led out.
Cautiously the survivors alongside jian and the three maids make their way to the quarters, arriving there safely and undisturbed. It's rather cramped but soon enough the people are divided into each room, keeping them out of sight. Jian notices that the creepy servants from earlier have gone missing, likely the work of ayame and her friends. The imposter woman and hitomi join Jian and Ayame in the hallway.
"Thank you..." Ayame says in a relieved tone, "I'm positive you will be able to save us all from this terrible fate." She says. There are a few others I've told to wait in the kitchen, should something go wrong they would at least be safe there. These people look malnourished... I'm going to bring a few carts of water, would you like to come with me?" she offers to Jian. The woman from earlier nods at Jian, giving him her approval. One of the other maids approaches, resting a hand on Ayames shoulder. "Don't worry Mister, we can take care of them while you're gone." Everyone seems to be in great relief, their hopes soaring high that they'll be rescued soon.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
Airgetlam keeps up with Doc and takes her place at his side as they are walking. Her attention is drawn to his face, he looks quite disturbed and maybe inwardly furious. He knew about some resurrection project, she can only guess as to his true involvement. She puts a hand on his shoulder.
"Are you ok, Doc? You were a little curt back there. All that stuff about vampires and 'future of humanity'. Scary stuff, but honestly, she just gives me the creeps. I actually sort of met her while i was getting out of the dungeon; there was a small alchemy lab after the barracks which had been walled off and isolated. We accidentally brought down the door on her and knocked her unconcious. She kept talking about a Doctor, but was in too much of a daze to raise an alarm. Honestly, she seemed to be very disconnected. She wasn't all there. Maybe she was under their influence... Regardless, Doc, I'm sorry for things you may have seen. It was all rather gruesome to me anyway."
She keeps walking and looks up, seeing everyone leaving.
"Ah, so Ayame came through - her promise to me was not in vain." She looks about the group, and even though she is across the room from them, she can't find Sharpe amongst them. He must be elsewhere in the complex.
"Tell you what, I'm going to get Sharpe, having a heavily armed man such as himself might do those people more good."
She walks out into the hall and walks around a bit before spying Sharpe and Jack in a room with a faint red light, with a pedestal in the center. She leans into the doorframe with her hand outstretch.
"Hey, you two, we need to get going."
She looks at Jack, running her left hand through a lock of her hair.
"Jack, Are you ok? We need to leave. Ayame and some of the the healthy maids showed up and they're taking the group to the guest quarters."

Sharpe slides his pistol back in it's holster and looks round.
"Oh, hey. Yeah, we're trying to figure out how to block off the power from this, or move it or something. Jack thought he'd shoot it, but that didn't work apparently." He paused for a few moments.
"So Ayame came through for you, huh? Well, might as well go help them out. Jack needs to figure out to move the thing or do whatever with it anyway, might be good to give him some time."
He turns around and starts walking out the door, hands in his pockets and head low. He whispers in Air's ear as he walks by.
"Guy's really spooked, and honestly what I saw i don't know if it was a hallucination or real."
He walks out and makes his way back through the vat room, catching up with the group.

Re: Glayp'neir (Arc 1)
With Ayame constantly putting the emphasis on saying that he will be able to safe all of them leaves hims with quite a pressured feeling. He's just a simple man with very low expirience regarding combat, being able to only keep this group in check by doing all the things usually females are good at... Cooking, social contact and medium levels of sewing to at least get some clothing done for all these people. He tries to keep it hidden that he feels a lot of pressure from these words, then nodding to Ayame asking him about if he wants to follow her to get some supplies. So... This is the maid people were talking about... He has the chance to finally get a look himself. They're right, she looks different and more... alive than the others. As he's a bit careful how to approach people of the opposite gender he rather hesitates, trying to remain on the subject at hand. He wouldn't like the make her think badly about him. Even worse would be that she'll be creeped out by him something weird, so remaining a bit less personal might be the way to go.
"May... I inquire about how you managed to distract the other maids? You don't have to tell me, it's just intriguing. How much time will be given to get things rolling? We got many people to keep an eye on now..."
He sighs, putting a hand on his forehead. A lot of people... Indeed. He's still not sure how he'll get that managed.

Dr. Atrium sighs and looks at Air.
"I am fine...It's all in the past now anyways."
He walks past everyone and walks in front the group. He doesn't stop to talk to any one, just keeps moving to dinning room.
